To reduce waste, we make the products by order. Every item is embroidered by hand, so please bare in mind that it can take up to 10 days before your item will be sent to you.

RETURNS:
We gladly accept returns if you don't like the item or the size. Please, contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days). Note: we require a trackable number for returns. We don't accept returns if an item is already washed, cleaned, damaged, or modified. We can't accept returns for customized items as it is made only for you.
